How the process works

1. DISCOVERY

After I look over your enquiry, if I believe we will be a good fit, I will get in contact with you to find out more about you, your business, and your goals for the project.

2. DESIGNING

When the 50% deposit has been paid and the project starts, I will get straight to designing. This is a collaborative process: you will be in the loop every step of the way with our custom client portal.

3. TOUCH-UPS

With most projects, some minor touch-ups and revisions must be finalised before we reach a final product that you love, and this is a normal part of the process.

4. GOODBYE!

Once all assets have been finalised, I will send all of the final assets in PDF, JPEG and PNG format to you, as well as any off-boarding or guidelines documents.

  • Don’t worry - you don’t have to stick with one of our packaged projects. Just let us know you would like a custom package and we can create a custom proposal.

  • Although I believe a brand identity is MUCH more than just a logo, I do offer logo-only packages to those in need of a quick and temporary look for their business.

  • I send all design assets in PDF, JPEG and PNG format unless requested otherwise.
